CodeRover Core Warranty
This warranty ("Warranty") is provided by EdifyRobotics ("we" or "us") and applies to the CodeRover Core product ("Core") purchased directly from us or our authorized resellers. This Warranty is effective from the date of delivery of the Core and lasts for a period of 3 months, or 6 months for customers who have made a VIP reservation.
Coverage
During the Warranty period, if the Core malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will provide a replacement Core at no additional cost to you.
Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover damage or malfunction caused by:

Water damage

Overloading of the motor

Damage caused by exposure to excessive heat or fire

Any modifications or alterations made to the Core by unauthorized parties

Normal wear and tear
Claim Process
To claim under this Warranty, please contact our customer service team within the Warranty period. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and describe the issue with the Core along with videos and images.
Upon verification of the claim and determination that the issue falls within the coverage of this Warranty, we will provide instructions for returning the defective Core and arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under this Warranty is limited to the cost of replacing the Core. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Core.
