Assembly is required. Buoyancy rings, carbon fiber upgrades, carrying bags, tools, and additional service packs are sold separately unless specifically included in your selected package.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

If your product arrives with a defective, damaged, or missing component, please contact Business@EdifyRobotics.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video where possible.

We’ll help troubleshoot the issue and arrange replacement parts where necessary. Please contact us before sending any items back.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Read the assembly and operating instructions before powering on your Hovercraft.

Keep hands, hair, clothing, and loose objects away from the propellers and fans. Switch off and disconnect the battery before making adjustments or replacing parts.

Inspect the propellers, skirt, fasteners, and wiring regularly. Stop using the craft if a propeller is damaged or a component becomes loose.

Keep electronics dry. The Hovercraft is not waterproof, and an optional buoyancy ring does not make it waterproof.

Follow the battery charging instructions and never leave charging batteries unattended.

We ship directly from our warehouse in China through international shipping partners to keep distribution costs down and offer competitive pricing.

Order preparation Only items marked “Preorder” require an estimated preparation period of 2 months from the order date, unless the product page states otherwise. For other items, please refer to the dispatch estimate on the product page.

Warehouse transfer After leaving our warehouse, your package takes approximately 2–3 days to reach our international shipping partner for processing and onward shipment.

Estimated transit to the United States • Standard air shipping: approximately 8–15 business days. • Sea freight: approximately 25–30 business days.

These transit estimates apply after processing and dispatch by our international shipping partner. Order preparation and warehouse transfer time are additional. Delivery estimates for other destinations depend on the selected service and will be provided with your shipping quote.

Tracking & delays Your package may pass through several carriers before reaching your local delivery service. Tracking updates may pause during international transit, customs clearance, or carrier transfers. A tracking number may be issued before the carrier physically receives your package.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs inspections, carrier schedules, and local conditions. We’ll notify you of known delays affecting your order.
